The George Hotel is located in Historical Castletown, which was
the Capital of the Island for Hundreds of years. Tracing it's
origins back to 1090, it is one of the oldest towns in the
British Isles. The medieval Castle Rushen, once the home of
Kings & Queens & later government still dominates the town.
Opposite Castle Rushen, stands the "George Hotel", which offers
accommodation, bar food, & live entertainment.
The accommodation comprises of 11 rooms (£50 per night double or
twin, also 2 singles (£35 per night) All en-suite.
Food is served at lunchtime, with old favourites such as
burgers, lasagne, jacket potatoes, sandwiches etc.
